- This is a non-smoking unit.
- Maximum Occupancy: 7 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
- This is a dog-friendly home. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring a dog. No dogs over 40 lbs are allowed. Approval is required for more than one dog, and there is an additional fee. (See property policies for details.)
- House Rules: No smoking allowed. Minimum age: 25 years. Children allowed. No events allowed.
- Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at all times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years of age.
- Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
- No parties or events. If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given. A $500 fee will be charged if a party is found to have taken place on any of the nights reserved. No uninvited guests without permission.
